On fine vellum 39 x 29 cm. Authenticated by the dry seal of the publisher "Les Maîtres de l'affiche" and "Imprimerie Chaix". This lithograph was published by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche at Imprimerie Chaix in 1897. It was part of this eponymous portfolio (plate no. 33) which featured the most beautiful illustrated posters by the great artists of the time.

Excellent condition with tiny foxing on the edge of the sheet, very reasonable considering the age of the poster (see photos). INFORMATION: This is indeed the original edition and not a modern reprint.
